Party and Event Cancellation Policy
Single room parties are reserved with a $200 deposit ($400 for a double). $100 is non-refundable ($200 for a double), and the other half is refundable up to 14 days before the event. Within 14 days, there is no refund. The balance is due at check-in on the day of the party.
If you need to reschedule your party, you may do so outside of 14 days for no charge (pending availability of course!). Within 14 days you may reschedule for a Monday-Thursday time slot for no charge. Otherwise it will be considered a cancelation and you will forfeit your deposit and may rebook on a day of your choice.
We request that you send final details, including a guest list and any package or menu requests or adjustments, by 24 hours prior to your party’s start time. We will reach out to you several days ahead of time to request this information.
